Hiring people that do their job? Instead of ET that go afk during their own event, and who don't watch what goes on the entire time.

I am so sick of Survivor because all the ET do is start it and sit there instead of going around watching what's going on (aka Sparkplug) I was killed unfairly but of course spark was too busy messing with his (Team Perfection) tag to even bother watching his event.

The only complaints anyone made about me when I was ET was either me removing them from an event for lagging badly, or for them being a bomy during a human only event. Why is it whenever I enter an event now something goes wrong and the ET do nothing to fix it.. They just ignore anyone that had a problem with the event and call them a sore loser. How mature and responsible.
