Can't open Level Editor on Windows 10

My level editor won't open ever since I upgraded to Windows 10. I attached the errors I get in order from top to bottom. The last one loops infinitely. I have no virus scanners and stuff running.

Edit: tried running it on every compatibility mode, running as admin, and even made sure security was on full control.
