Make the speed of walking ( In the Medic Class ), Faster for gold accounts.

Hey, great idea! Oh and maybe we could give the medics a nuke button which killed everyone on the other team when they hit it! Or maybe we could let them spawn NPC tanks which did their bidding for them and guarded them so that they would never die!
