downloading heads/bodies (etc) to computer

I remember Andy making something that by a command, downloads all the heads that's uploaded to the server onto the player's computer. How would I go about doing this?

Also, is it possible that I can store all these heads/body names into a text file on the player's computer, this way with a tailor script I can make something that they can scroll through all the bodies that aren't limited to body1, body2, body3, etc.
