Email sent to me to autherise my account

"ERROR WHILE PROCESSING SUBMISSION:
An error occured in the confirm process : "notrequested". Please Try Later."

I put in the code and conformation, the correct email, and then i get that message constantly.

Wonderful, it says please try later, so now im locked out of my own account.
