Charge skill

I was thinking and I have an idea. How about a charge control. This can only be used when using any type of melee weapon but it requires 4,000 exp or more to use. When you have a melee weapon equipped you can use this "charge attack" which will temporaily give you a quick surge of speed and burst you towards the oppenent (this does no damage) this is strictly for making melee weapons more equal to guns. Tell me what ya think.
