Account IP Error

I have an error on the admin account for playerworld41 where I can not log into player, and the message I am receiving is

"Your IP is not listed in the ip ranges".

I can log into RC with no problem, but I am blocked from getting onto player and that message above is what I receive. Does anyone know how I can get this problem sorted out so that I can get on player?

I read Stefans post where he stated that we can set the ip range to keep others off of our accounts, but no specific details was posted on how to set that up. Any information on where on the website I can go to have this error fixed would be nice.

Oh and yes I am back just for the hollidays.
