Cliff Tutorial: Part 2

Alright, I figure that most of you guys would have a problem with the cliff to sand transition. aka cliff to brown stuff.

Part 1:

From the past tutorial you learned how to make the cliffs, well this is what you will get...

Part 2:

Now you have some dirt surrounding this small cliff and you're thinking... "Man I wish I could do this, but I can't find the correct tiles to do it... darn".

Well now you don't have to say that, after you get done looking at this hideous picture, come to Part 3.

Part 3:

Here shows you where the tiles are in the 'Select Tile' option in your tutorial.

I color coded it so it's easy to see and nub safe

And here is our finishing product, a well designed, tile error free cliff to sand transition.

I could never find those tiles on the tileset, I used to use predefined object and then dissect it, extracting what I had needed. I don't like the fact the aren't side, shadow, dirt-cliff tiles, but it would be weird because of the overhead point of view and angle of the sun.

Good tutorial, maybe water-cliff one is next.

Sorry I didn't look at the tutorial when you asked...Nice work, I'm sure people who use this won't get much trouble from making cliffs.

nice tutorial..hopefully people will see this and can learn how to actually make cliffs without tile errors

He also kinda pointed it out in the tileset, I'm sure it won't be much trouble to find it from there. Besides if they still have problems they can contact him.
