More or less, yes. There should be water.

However, it is possible to have a water based kingdom that is not completely submerged underwater or thrown on some far off island.

Personally I wanna know when bomys will be re-introduced. I want my bomy back and that's one of the main reasons I am still playing 2k1.

Some changes need to be done to the way the gen2.5 bomys are stored, and then they can be re-introduced. I will get this done ASAP.

Just to settle the dispute, Bellasera is a city build on the waters. Quite literally, the towers of the city raise from the waves.

The Kingdoms on 2k1 are comprised of evil blood drinkers, hippy empaths and holy righteous fishmen.

I think that drawing any parallels between them and real-life concepts of a society would be a very futile effort.
