New Ranking System

No changes with anybodys current rank with be made! As for the ranks, I've added a new requirements system with it aswell as a small level requirement. (to promote leveling up) This system shouldn't be to bad in a sense, we'll see how this goes, personally its a bit more organized than what I had before.
Pirate Ladder
Captain
Requirements: Level 11, 3 crewmembers, and a boat.
Rank required: Buccaneer

First Mate
Requirements: Level 9, experiance in steering a boat.
Rank required: None

Sword Master
Requirements: Beat the orginal Sword Master
Rank required: Marauder

Marauder
Requirements: Level 12, 50 raids.
Rank required: Buccaneer

Buccaneer
Requirements: Level 11, 25 raids.
Rank required: Swashbuckler

So as i see, there are different ranks to what are on this thread, how can i work out how to judge who is fit for these ranks eg.Warlord
Postman i figure is someone on frequently and willing to hold the position.

Yeah i have some ideas for more ranks and better organization of the ranks would it be possable to Put my ideas of more ranks on the rank systems it is just a better organization of the rank system and adding a few ranks.
