How do you play it???

Say "show gralat" to see who has gralats, find them, kill them, take the gralat and you're the fugitive. It's much like flag tag.

are there any other ways to lose a gralat, other than dieing or loging off?

I was walking and it said

I had the gralat for like 20 seconds in the shield shop, I lost it for some strange reason

You really should edit the script a little.
I was playing yesterday and the guy with the gralat was hiding in the kingdoms select screen so he couldn't be killed. That should not be allowed.
Usually Pir solves those when I ask him but he wasn't on.
