Lag Problems? Hideen Toggles?

I am ticked rofl!
I was playing the new graal, on Rudora. The screen size was the usaual, and all the applications i close to reduce lag were closed.(nothing unusal) Anyways there was NO lag! I was running around FAST! Then, stefan came on and upgraded the server. OK still no lag.
I shut off my comp and came back on to find the same old lag again.
This is dumb! I thought something new came out of the new graal when those 15 mins of 0% lag were there. But now, i want to die.
There was no player increase or NPC increase on the server.
PLEASE HELP ME FIND LAGLESS TECHNIQUES

Tried to disable the direct3d stuff in the graal options?
I cannot think of any other reason for such a speed down

hmm ok then i'll try everything.
But not only as it a sudden speed down, there was a sudden speed up too. Might be my beater comp...ANyways thanks stefan i will check it out

Yea the new version is making me lag, and I have all the options configured for no lag. Direct3d is off, sound off, don't connect levels, etc etc etc. New version is making me lag

yeah me too.
Except for those 15 minutes, in normal screen mode, I could run as fast as staff boots nearly. I will never forget that moment

I played on classic a little while ago, and it went like this:

1 second normal movement
-
0.5 second stopped due to lag
-
1 second normal movement

And so on

I have been lagging so bad since the new version. SO BAD.

I lag really bad regardless of the version, and I have done just about everything I can to prevent it. All my Graal options are great and all. I think this is why I like like I do (and I appear fine on my own screen, it's just other players see me jump like heck).

*2 Firewalls
*Computer runs on a house network
*Whatever I use uses a router

And I have category 5 cable, so it's not my connection. =( What can I do?

My internet speed is 2.2 mbs per second and I lag now since the new exe. Its like everyone is afk or something hehe

I used to have a problem where I lagged like hell and everyone looked paused. I toggled the UDP option and everything was spiffy again.

Damn you. I'm plodding along on a speed of around 3kb per second, and that's at good times.
