New commands of the new Level Editor

Are you having problems with your PlayerWorld now with this new version??? I'm... but I fixed everything (I tought I would not)... If you didn't check yet, please go and check... Alot of scripts are not working anymore like playersays and some are not working fine... Only a warning....

playersays and playersays2 have been commands they were going to get rid of because of:
playerchats and playerchats(#c,

Our NPC-Server isn't responding at all, so we don't know about the scripts not working.

the message code #C5 doesnt do anything anymore

That was a really kewl feature, because you could make people look like they were in straight jackets.

Must have been a misplaced NW command or something.
