Download Detection

We need the following commands/variables:
downloadedpercent;
downloadedpercent[index];
download index, file;

The first 2 are obvious, they stay with every NPC with an image always. When a player has downloaded the image, it equals 100. The number always stays with them.

Downloaded percent is for when downloading a NPCs image, downloaded percent[index] is for accessing the percent for the download index...created by download file, index.

The download command would allow you to only download image files, levels, ganis, sounds, midis and other graal related things. This would be to prevent corrupt server owners from uploading a virus, then having the players download it.

This command would be VERY useful for downloading things like tilesets, or body images, or anything like that. I think its a command everyone needs, and it should have been added a while ago.

Not bad idea... maybe it should be built in so that the curropt owners can edit it and make it so that command isnt in effect.

Maybe it can even be used to prevent people from "lagging" their way into unauthorized/blocked areas and levels like in quests, events, and such.
