I made a little tutorial for one use of the pythagorian in Graal... How do you like it? Post a few pointers as well...

By the way, just set it to 'Open from current location' to see it automatically and not have to save it somewhere.

Well... I'm trying to help out people who are ready to go into the intermediate levels of scripting, Kai, so I need to make it a little simpler for people who are less experienced than you to understand... This is why x*x was used (less confusing), and such an easy topic was picked... Although, aparently I might need to make it a little simpler, according to Merlin's post (if he was not being sarcastic).
According to the polls... I should die (I love how the public supports me! YAY!)... Other than Kai, is there anyone who can explain why they voted this way?

I thought the tutorial was fine...=D perfect for me because those are the scripting things i'm trying to learn...It was a bit confusing but I think overall it was pretty good =)

Confusing? Hmmm... Damn, I tried so hard for it to not be... It's used for baddies and stuff... Even a hitplayer script...

it might just be me. I am trying to learn how to script and im having trouble with make a gif appear in front of the player.

The square-root of 41 is -about- 6.4, which means:
side C=6.4

you dont need to do all this to find the distance..
your variable in the beggining already gets the distance.. and if you want to check to see which quadrant the player is in (for baddies .. like when they are searching) then you just do a few if statements..

It's for other things... It's even used in the NPC baddy in Graal...
