GUI scrollbar

With GUI scrollbars, it should keep track of your mouse a bit farther than it does currently.
What I mean is if I hold down a scrollbar and start scrolling, and move about 10 pixels away, it snaps back to its previous location. This is annoying because on Windows, the scrolling doesn't return until you move your mouse around 50 pixels away from the scrollbar. This means when I'm trying to scroll, it's constantly jumping back and forth because I don't keep my mouse that close too the scroll bar. |
