It was wrongfully closed. If they want to complain go ahead, I'm just letting them know that Emulators aren't illegal. Heck Graal Gameboy had a link on their site to a gameboy emulator.

also you may posess roms if you own the cartridge
plus you can play many freeware roms with emulators

They're also not illegal if the copyright on the game has expired.
