People are getting the wrong impressions.

There will be clientside script.
Offline scripting is scripting when you're not connected to a server.
Offline scripting was preferably in many ways if you were working on anything complicated and actually understood how to use the debugger.
It's not entirely certain that offline scripting is biting the dust.

Huh? online scripting? how do you do that online? all i ever knew of was making NPC's in the offline version! and will people have to learn a whole new scripting thing? and is this scripting going to be better? I hope so and maybe Classic will get a NPC Server.

maybe Classic will get a NPC Server.

There will be no servers without NPC Servers. I think they've been converting Classic for some time.
