I was trying to do this a few months ago actually. Tig told me he didn't know, and Bell directed me to Stefan.

You'll need your order ID and access to the emails you upgraded with, otherwise he won't do it (or at least he wouldn't for me). Also, try emailing him instead of a forum pm, it's much faster for a response to get through.
