Zodiac Update: New Tutorial

Well after hearing about how misguided our newbies apparently are, I decided to release a new Tutorial, considering the old tutorial teaches concepts that are no longer available ( Item Dropping ) this was greatly needed.

This is our first step in making Zodiac more newbie-friendly, as it teaches a couple fundamentals of Graal and Zodiac. Most of which should come naturally after button-mashing for menus but it's all nice, spelled out and mandatory.

Currently there isn't an option to go back and redo the tutorial but I don't think that would really be necessary, if anything I could just record the tutorial and throw it on You tube or something.

The next step would probably have newbie's start in another area instead of having to suffer through the PK fest that resides outside of Main OSL, or possible a PvE mode.

My only issue with PvE mode, is people abusing it to block doors but I'll try and think of something, anyway that's pretty much all I got to update you guys with.

You could do what i was doing and had lats working on - a newbie island, kinda like how GK had a place where you started off and did things before being able to go to Bomboria. It was going to have a couple low level dungeons for players to experience how to fight, and then a short obstacle course for cutting bushes and breaking rocks and so on.. Anyways, like you already plan to, be sure to include the ways to make money, how to use that shop window, a world map, gear options, CMP's, etc...

Certain things like that would be better off in a FAQ / Help Page rather than a interactive scripted event like the new tutorial. A lot of it is pretty common sense tbh.

We will be making a newbie-zone though, safe from high-level pk'ers.
