Way way into the graal future!

Okay bearing in mind this is miles in the future but i'll post this just to get it off my chest.
This flying system is new and i was thinking having a kind of Air-flying fortress vehicle.

[B]how to make?B]
This vehicle cannot be constructed.
Only those with the 'B' right can craft and there is only 3 'b' rights to give away to members including the governor.
The fortress is constructed at the cost of kingdom treasure.

Layout
it is shaped like a giant ship. with 4 propellers tied by a pole on the deck on 1 per corner.
You have inside and outside levels on the ship.
On the top is the deck which only has a door.
Undernear the deck on the sides (still outside) is a balcony travelling all arounf the ship.
Here cannons are and players fire from.
There is 8 cannons (4 per side)
Which is very long range and high damage.

At the front of the ship (under deck) is the pilot's balcony.

Inside the door (inside level of ship)
is multiple doors leading to the balconies outside
and a starcase leading down to pilot's balcony.
The pilots balcony is basically like a cage on the bottom of the ship but you cannot see this, only the ship itself.

The idea
The idea of this is you can land your baloon on the fortress, melee or magic your enemys and battle your way to the pilot's balcony which is on the third floor down.
Since only 3 'b' rights can be given out only 3 flying fortresses per kingdom at the cost of a lot of kingdom treasure.

These fortresses cause hell for all vehicles, ships and balloons but they can be defeated by players landing on them and killing off the crew...or another enemy flying fortress.

When?
Way way in the future, possibly if a time comes, when Gk has a lot of players.
But do not take this seriously, i only posted this to get off my chest and see your opinions.

ReBorn_Spirit is on a distinguished road
Objectively the staff will try to complain that the kingdom treasure could be abused by a power hungry ruler, as if it were possible at this date. Well anyways, thats what Bjorn said when I suggested to him a few ideas for kingdoms to build their own improvements much like houses are build in game. Much like your fortress/carrier, ability to build things and pay members for their work from the kingdom treasure was among some of my ideas.

Things like camps and towns (prefab like) could be somewhat bought and built in about a week or so at the exspense of the kingdoms treasure, but with interaction with the players. Of course supplies could be bought, or the leaders could pay the peoples to work.

Bjorn pointed out that the kingdom leaders would have access to all this money, and they could do whatever they wanted with it then. This is indeed problematic, because of graal kingdoms economy and changing leaders, there really isn't any true way you can keep that safe guarded without corruption taking place in some form.

** With Air power coming into mind you will be needing something slightly less restrictive to your ships maximum mass that is can lift. Air balloons are commonly known to be able to lift only so much, Perhaps some smaller almost gun like turrets with some decent range but rather slow because of reload time would be better to defend such fortress. With that mentioned, you wont need that many cannons. Simple and challenging should create more interest in a bulky battle fortress.

Muskets! Early mideval muskets were more like turrets, this would be a good spot to introduce the musket into the game!
