Lights and maps

How would I make a light not appear on a map? When I generate a map, the light2.png appears on it. I don't want it to because it is a black orb... -_-

A solution is to temporarily remove light2.png from all of your levels.

i think there is a way to generate maps w/o the npc's showing
i forgot how . (its like alt+1 does w/o npc. and alt+2 w/ npc screen shots)
try ctrl+m or just m or something

i used to use CTRL+M till I found out my boats werent showing the sail and i was like pissed then i just hit M and it worked ;D
