Battle island needs fixing pronto.

Yeah, you got rid of the craftable rares. That's great. Still one other huge problem though. The monsters in the stairwell are giving out exp. I could easily make walls to auto-kill the monsters as they spawn and just rake in thousands of exp. Fix this.

I not only told everyone on the forums but I massed it repeatedly on the client. The more people show up to kill monsters, the more the exp will be dispersed among several people.

@Googi: Look people actually like the monsters. It gives them something new to fight without having to spend dias on an immense or brutal. Frankly I think it comes down to the fact that people are able to attack you. You want to be one of the few to pk people and not get pwned yourself. How fair is that to everyone else?

Right now I am vowing to make a Battle Island style training dungeon and I don't care what you think Googi. If you don't want to get pwned then don't goto battle island. But in my opinion other people should have the chance to train and level.

Well at the moment, I see about 10 walls in there prob made from ed. Being very lame. Thw hole room is filled with lightning costantly.>->I doubt 1 person can even kill it without it dieing within seconds.

Fixed the spawned monsters (cyclops -> cyclop) and made them not giving exp anymore.

Stefan we wanted the ones in gkbattlei_barren.nw not to give experience.

we didn't care if the ones on battle island overworld gave because you could get killed while battling them.

I have no idea why this was such a big issue anyway, the experience is extremely low from this place, and yea, walls can make it extremely easy to level, but only a handful of people are strong enough to be able to plant walls and idle. Most still have to keep an eye on things. I only got... what? 1.4mill exp? in 5 hours? Hardly going to affect things, + there were only panters and demons in there, meaning once you hit level 40 on any individual skill, be prepaired to waste your life down there for just 5 levels.

Optimally, I could fill the whole room with lightning and use only one big mana crystal. My walls lasted over 30 minutes :P

If I had that spell I would've took over for a while.....but I didn't

Unless you make the spawn zone completely random, people will always be able to wall spam and just idle, i'm sure ed could do the same thing with lord spawns.

You can't do it with lord spawns. If lords are killed as soon as they spawn twice in a row they stop spawning except after a long delay.
