Gradual Lag

Ok, i've had this problem for ages, and i checked my internet just to check it wasnt spyware causing the problem.

I play on ANY server, and i get about 5 seconds run about with no "slow down", and after that it starts to go into more slow motion and gets worse over time.

Im using Vista, and i have a pretty good system, damn sure good enough for Graal.

2046 MB of RAM

Any suggestions?

usually it is but what is your CPU and GPU?

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40Ghz 2.39 GHz

And i dont have a clue what the GPU is

I had the same problem, my lag seems to stem from the PM list. Dont have it open and dont send Mass messages, only respond to PMs. That usually works for me =)
