Spam/Comments/Offtopic Posts

I highly doubt this would be added but I like the ideas non-the-less:

It would be pretty nice if we could have an option that says "Make this post off topic" when posting new posts (in reply to existing topics of course).

Then just have a user-cp option that shows/hides all posts with this flag.

I hate having to laugh quietly to my self when I see something ingenious and funny someone says and not be able express it freely (usually the funny things are always off topic and are injected with on-topic stuff)

Of course we can always make up useless crap that is on topic to allow us to post our off topic banter but...meh.

Being off topic isn't illegal to begin with though...as long as you're not spamming up the thread I don't see why it's a problem anyway?

I know, and it's a bit stupid to do because the rules do not say that offtopic posts are illegal. But the mods will probably use the lame justification that offtopic posts = spam.
