Graal.exe a hanging application?

A scan was done on my computer and it gave me.

14/03/2007 8:25 AM Application Hang Hanging application Graal4.exe, version 4.2.0.8, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.



Can someone tell me what the problem is and how I can fix it. It was a part of a Windows Error Report. I am using Windows XP.

Looks like a crash report of some description; have you experienced any crashes lately?

Yeah that day I did. I went to the report and remember that it had crashed that morning on me.
