Admin Messages

Not sure if it's a bug or not, but it sure as hell annoys me.

When someone sends an admin message, it causes Graal to pop open over all other windows. This is extremely annoying, especially on some servers. *Coughcoughvalikorliacoughcough*

Is it possible to make admin messages not make the Graal window pop up?

I think this was done to counteract an earlier bug (admin messages were getting stuck behind the Graal window, so you had to switch between applications to get it to show up so you could continue playing).
