I think its about time the kingdoms were brought back

There seems to be a good amount of people on the server, half them don't got a clue how to play yet (I can tell from the questions I get when I am on my FAQ tag hehe) but it would be nice to bring back the rp feel.

I think the problem is that the kingom levels,etc aren't ready to be released yet, not that they are holding them back.
