Bad Band Logo X_X

i made a band logo i might be using and i felt it was missing somthing... i wanted it to (the sphere) seem like a tie die electric ball with a dark flame (tiny) comming out fo the side. the flame i had no clue how to do on photo shop and i think that the sphere is missing somthing so if you could post constructive critisizim that would be great.

Use this Trick.

Make the image in 1600x1200 and then shrink it to 800x600 or whatever. The text seems a bit hard to place on the blue, maybe make the blue a bit darker and use white text with a suttle glow or blur. Play with the saturation levels and text, the most important thing in your graphic is the name... what it will be. Why not make the focus of the image (figuratively not literaly) on the name, rather then the background?

I dont really like it that much. I guess it looks a little..weird?

dude so what photo shop is a cool program and do you have a problem if i dont like to spend over 5 hours working on a stupid little thing. the type of thing im looking for is for photo shop and just for the record I DO pixel and i'd like to see you make a glossy sphere that has just the right shadow as well as just the right rotation with out one pixel mistake. effects are good but just not over loaded and for your information i started this off pixeled
