Small Lightning

I don't know if this is a bug but I believe it is. When you use small lightning some monsters far away are affected and yet other that are close to the lightning or even touching it aren't harmed whatsoever.

Thats because if you point it at something in front of you, it affects them, but the lightning goes to the right...

I like small lightning, very powerful but aim is weird and mostly inaccurate. Is this on purpose or what?

Once small lightning gets its own animation, it'll probably be easier to aim.
