People who elect themselves sound egotistic.
Unix set a list of methods on how they were going to hire the members.
If those people that pick the members thing you would be good for the job you will be selected, not just because you want it.
Plenty of people have played Graal for years and have had no staff job should they all get in too because they have been playing a few years?

sorry alex, didn't see the part of selecting members,
i told about my time on graal to tell why i made a decision to
be in council.
the poll is to know the players opnions about it.
I already work on Graal and it's ok if i don't be select.
