An idea for spam control.

I see that the high amounts of posts required to have an avatar and a personalized rank are to reward the people who put in the time to post and significiant amount but it also causes people to make pots just for the sake of highering their posts count because they want to get those 2 prizes. I think that if the title and avatar were availible to everyone than the amount of spam would decrease by a decent amount. What do you think?

People can just stop making spam posts, its not hard to do.
