Getting the weights straight

Since when does a shovel weigh 30kg?!
A pick axe 12kg?
Pliers are 4kg?
Err... a book 1kg?

That's some mighty heavy stuff, but I mean a shovel 30kg? whoa!

Disclaimer: Please make the shovel considerably less weight, and the other things too, A shovel should maybe be 4kg, or less.
