in the new Quest there are baddies.

but with the new looks, humans can hurt then, the sword does nothing to then.

I dont know about bomys though

Pretty sure that has something to do with ganis not behaving properly - the replaceani of sword does not behave like sword, the replaceani of spin will not cut grass like spin, and the replaceani of carry will not carry the item no matter how you do it.

Presumably the baddies are just normal clientsiders, and presumably the attacking code uses triggeraction or something.

Yes the baddies are client-side only, and don't work with the new hp system, they will be replaced by npc baddies.
The replaceani carry thing is fixed in the new exe.
