Idea for RC

On Player Attributes a few more tick boxes for the following things

Cannot send PMs
Cannot setnick
Cannot Chat in RC Chat

Or something along them lines, so when you tick the boxes they cannot do the stuff listed at the side. By disabling Messages I mean disable them to everyone except RC's of course.

And this would do what besides cause unneccesary trouble and anguish?

I would rather have an 'Update All Levels' button, it could save a lot of trouble

Why not just disable setnick in jails? That sounds like a better option to me...

But it could be abused more than it'd be useful :/
And who cares if they say I'm corrupt because I am not!I've never actually had players I jailed call me corrupt o.O

Indeed, it'd fit in perfectly anyway, since you can't send any other messages (Excepting chat) anyway.

Could be abused haha Falados already has an NPC on Graal 2001 that disables people from setting there nickname...and I believe he was using it on players who didnt need there setnick rights removing,

Er...what if nobody on has jail power? We once had to Abyss someone on Providence was harrassing staff, so I had to keep checking his nick and using control to change it back to what it should be. However I guess it would be possible to add a level with the following script in a pictureless NPC:

if(playerenters){toweapons -banned;}

Yes, I know the minus isn't necessary, but else they might be able to use the lag to hit Q and delete it.

So set the nick of everyone in jail to JAILED. Makes it easier for GPs to check the prison load, gives players one more thing to do ("helphelp I'm JAILED!"), prevents relog name changes...

I say:
Let one of the rights on the rights list be: Ghost Mode If you have that right, you can choose to be ghost mode on rc, so players can pm you while ur working or uploading?
If you have the ghost mode right, a checker will appear in your attributes. Maybe under where you put your RC name?

I so wish there was a scripting command for ghostmode. Put a player in ghostmode, they warp back immediately when they're done and don't count towards or against the queue...that way you just put a Ghost Rack at a sparring zone and people can watch the fight without slowing anyone down...then when the fight's over, they go back to being regular Graalians again. Like

Stefan should add something so weapons still run for ghosts then though, otherwise it'll cause some slowdown because the ghosts need to be send to the server so NPCs can acces them.

Um, weapons? Why?
Last thing we need is for ghost and unghost to be available in a weapon form, that'd be the ultimate hacker's invisibility weapon...as an admin option sure, like update level, warpto, cloak, uncloak. But other things...well, maybe the scripted-ghost remains in ghost mode until they leave the level, or maybe say a keyword. NPC Ghosts can still run in-the-room NPC Scripts as usual, but with weapon scripts disabled or something.

Actually weapons because otherwise Ghosts would still cause lag, since the server would have to recieve them in case they should activate an NPC.
Though of course if it is "unghost accountname;" it could work.
