Bombs aren't that big of a deal. People do such things just to show they have the newest thing. Once bombs are old, you'll see less of them.

Bomys shoudn't get the Z-Bombs because they have to use the bombs to power up the baes, they would be able to power it forever

No they wouldn't. Keep in mind there is no way to replenish bombs except to die.

People can enter a few event houses and get bomb refills, so there is one way to replenish bombs.
