BM/Defenders balance...

If the "Defender's" pieces are are reducing damage by 2percent why aren't the "Battlemaster's" pieces reducing armor by a small bit?

Just seems to me that damage is being favored over defense.

True, however I think it's fair that the system doesn't intentionally favor one over the other.
