I think if you have to ask this question, you shouldn't be the one making it.

To ask questions isn't a bad thing. And there are thousands of threads much more useless than this one.

The first part, of any coding, is algorithmic design.

With Bingo, you want to know how it'll work before you begin.

You'll have a field:

B I N G O
b1 i1 n1 g1 o1
b2 i2 n2 g2 o2
b3 i3 n3 g3 o3
b4 i4 n4 g4 o4
b5 i5 n5 g5 o5

Those values in the field? Well, you'll generate random numbers for each one, using a loop. For the b's, you'll have a random value between 0-19. For i's 20-39. Etc. Be sure that no number repeats

So now you have your game board. There's three more steps to bingo. Generating a single random number, identifying the part of the game board that has a matching value (if at all) using loops, and identifying patterns/lines that determine winning the game.

You asked for your start, so here it is.

Thank you thats what I needed to know.

alright to ensure nothing repeats maybe i could put something in that whatever number is called it is temporarily logged so the number won't be called again.

Programming is really just translating algorithms and thoughts into code. Different languages are different, yeah. But it's still the same idea.

It's like when you think up a thought. Then you think it in your native tongue. You are so used to your language, that it really seems like one step. Then if you need to put it into another language, you translate it just the same.

Without a language you feel really strong in (to the point where it's nothing to think in it), you may want to use pictures to illustrate a point (think of society before language, we used pictures).

That's what I do when I'm coding. I don't feel particularly strong in a certain programming language, so I generally draw diagrams and flow charts. Plan things out. Etc.

You could use a GUI Window profile for that although you would need to have the card GFXed. And maybe some little bead things? :o
