Door laming

Is there any type of solution availible? 1 Person with redrifle can camp at a door shooting with the redrifle continually and get 20-30+ kills. I find this a problem because there is no way aside from them running out of ammo or kicking them for this to get stopped. You can't throw the pipe inside the door or anything... My idea to solve it, reinstate the being able to jetpack inside doors and carry momentum, make the black area around the outside explosive like the water on guild wars. No more door lamers and no more wall glitchers.

Make guns able to shoot thru doors and problem solved.

Or, rush the guy. Really, all you have to do is throw a pipe in and tell someone to warp while you do that. He'll be distracted and, after the guy warps, you can go in and help. Easy.

That doesn't work on the HQ laming. They stand in the door and just shoot left and down or right and down, you walk inside and can't move while being shot to death.

Then let them die until they figure it out. You know, most of the server is made up of kids with no maturity or intelligence, but eventually, logic kicks in and they realize they'll just keep dying.

Oh and another thing with door laming. If they are door laming make sure their team has b1. If they don't have b1 they can go to the portal and teleport to their own base. Whe that happens all of their ammo refills. I know this because yes sometimes i do it. I try to only do it when it is me alone but if you get one person they can still get through the door fast enough to kill you. If there are a bunch of people then stop laming their base then it won't happen. If you use gas grenades you just have to ill the three spots they can shoot from and then they have to leave.

That happens a lot but the smarter door lamers just pipe in outside from inside and killls the proxis.

well there aint many smart door lamers anymore, and the only ppl smart enough to do that dont need to door lame. anyway proxi'n the outside of the door doesnt work cuz there are barrels right next to pretty much most of the doors. and a door lamer in a hq can just use the dropship tele. Also its only "really" bad wen theres like 4-6 ppl door laming, cuz usually only 1 cant keep the people in their stream of fire and get killed wen the person gets past. Wow long post (for me).

my solution is a 3 second invincibility period for both players when another player comes in, cuz its also annoying when your stood waiting and some chap comes in with rippers and does like 60 damage before your even ready.

If you attack a door lamer and fail, then just repeatedly try and pipe them and steal the bounty they accumulate from killing you so many times.

u eventually kill them or they go outside or leave from boredom. it makes them get high bounties for u to hunt and its no illegal to do it so i think we should keep it the way it is. also it will make more players creative on figuring out how to kill the people inside.

easy just set a Safe thing when you enter... in ERA theres a thing called postman protection.. same concept u can do dmg they cant do dmg untill it runs out.. u could make it like 5 seconds.

its a good idea, but then an enemy inside wouldnt even have a chance
i think its ok if the enemy is sitting there door laming like crazy but if he was attcking the base and he runs in hes pretty much dead..
