Gmap problems

We have a strange gmap bug on DR, sometimes, when a plaer goes on another level, they'll vanish. They're stil at that specific x/y, but you may not be able to see them X_X
What could be causing this?

Uh oh. I've fixed this before but its always confuzzling. :[

We had the same problem on Myro.

Mind you, after we got rid of our old setmap commands and removed all corresponding scripts and converted to .gmap, it seemed fixed.

Yes, what Sulukra said is the common problem.

1) Make sure there are no "setmap" commands to set the map, as in, with the image and text file.
2) Make sure there are no server options set for, "bigmap" and "minimap" because this acts as setmap as well.
3) Make sure there is a some sort of NPC which loads the map, with, "loadmap gmap;" with no file extension of, ".gmap."
