Medic Helmet

I said in another thread that I liked the idea to distinguish a medic through an outfit. I made a helmet that I believe is average.

The filename is zone_hairs45.png

If 45 is taken, then give it the next available hair/helmet number.

Maybe the medic has increased armor or something so you can heal?

My concerns:

-the format must be png (photoshop would keep making the outline a transparent gray)
-zone_hairs45 is already taken. If it is, change the number so it isn't

Looks more like a WWII era helmet rather than one from the future.

Edit: Also, when you save a PNG, go to file>save for web

Make sure the file type is PNG (8-Bit). I think you're saving as a 24-Bit. Graal can't read these anyway.

When I transparent the image, the outline automatically turns gray.

And I was looking for more of a beat up kinda oldish look to it.

Create a new layer in your PSD file. Move it to the very bottom. Fill this layer with an obnoxious shade of pink. You should see the lines appear. Just use a block eraser and remove them.

i disagree, just cause its a future based server doesnt mean everything has to be futuristic

plus...how would you go about creating a futuristic medic helmet? make it have a polluting toxic gas seep outta it as you walk?

They all probably want some "STARSHIP TROOPER" sleek, shining gunmetal black helmet with a radiant faceplate.

Just ignore them. I like it the way it is.
