Custom Tiles

These are all gfx that I made recently. I was more or less creating new ground tiles and decided to put in a tree I made to see how well it blended.

Any options? As the tree goes, in my opinion I should have spent more time on the leaves. It was sort of a lazy effort just to get the tree done in a hurry.

Looks very nice, I wish we could have massive levels completely hand drawn. It won't happen though... and Hachi, the sand in the middle is just to see if it blends well.

Bleh, it's just grass... The real challenge comes in making the tiles flow together unrepeatitively when they're repeated...

Also, the trees on Zone aren't part of the tileset. They're NPCs.

The grass is in repetition, in Photoshop I took my grass and defined it as a custom pattern and patterned it in a large square canvas. I've converted them to a graal tile set already, the Tree is an NPC, using graal 4's new color format I used blending to make the levels look almost like a drawing.
Your right, though, its just grass. Nothing to fabulous. I'll spend some time later on tomorrow and create something worth posting.
