Serverside npc.isblocking

npc.isblocking seems to be always returning false serverside (even with serverside setshapes, though I didn't try calling blockagain). I made a rabbit baddy for Easter and it has the ability to jump over blocking NPCs, which I'd rather not give it the ability to do. It works fine clientside, however.

It doesn't exist on serverside yet, need to add it

The poor easter bunny rabbit baddy therefore had the ability to jump over any NPC that was not on a wall tile.
