Should I use GS1 for all clientside operations?

I converted one of my scripts to GS2 and because of that, people using Graal Version 2 can't use the NPC.

Should i write everything under //#CLIENTSIDE in GS1 or should I assume everyone is using Graalv4?

v2 will be disabled soon, also you can disable it in the server options (v30enabled=false)
