Wh-who did this?

Whoever they were, they should have been working on getting Bel'la Olplyn's name changed back to Zormite.

I bet it was the Cartographer. Or maybe even the Cartousin.

It is real though. Somebody did put some kind of enigmatic "Devil" NPC in the Underground Dungeon.

Yes googi, it was raziel when he did it famous "Search for 3 parts of something and give them to raziel so only 3 people can win a prize after waisting 3 hours of there graal time" event, just dont worry about it!
