Improve /listen

Instead of having verbose levels. Make it so that you can turn on/off listen for certain things like monsters/items/etc. I want to be able to check item stats without changing my verbose level, but I don't need messages like "HEY PIZANO! YOU'RE OWNING THAT RABBIT LORD GOOD!"

/listen 0 = nothing
/listen 1 = you see people getting pk'd
/listen 2 = You hear about how Frank lost his Monkey, and the Bomy Lord was killed by magicbullet by SUPERSAYIANGOTANXXX
/listen 3-10 = look above, nothing changes

I also don't need messages like "YOU EQUIPPED YOUR RING OF THIEVES!" Yeah, I know already, because I equipped it.
