Read Only Folder.

They can't create the file because they don't have permission to.

I dont know, but are you on windows XP as a computer admin? That sometimes messes up things, though I doubt this is whats causing it.

I am on Admin with windows XP.

How do I fix it? It happens sometimes when I spar and it screws me up a ton.

Make sure you have access to that file? You can delete it for testing, it will just take more time to start the Graal client the first time after deleting the file because it will need to regenerate it. You can also turn off the filename cache, the client might take longer to start then. In Graal v4 it will display a message while scanning the folder structure and generating the filename cache.
