My friend really needs a P2P account but he doesnt have a credit card. I read somthing about if you transcribe a whole page into a different language then you get a P2P account. Does anyone know anything about this??

I've seen the page and it's one hell of a page. It's really, really long. It's as long as a Final Fantasy walkthrough.
But if he got the money, but no credit card, just do what i do. i asked my friend's perission to use his card and i pay him manually every year
