Is Graal Kingdoms a waste of potential?

Though, at first glance, this may not seem like a suggestion, pointing out someone's errors will give them the possibility to learn from them - and, ofcourse - fix them. So, let's begin.

Graal is a MMORPG game. Now, let's say you have 5 categories of MMO's and RPG's (and those combined, ofcourse). Every category naturally contains some better and worse games.

Category one:
Simple, text-based Role Playing Games. Graal certainly does not fit in here.

Category two:
Graphic-based, yet still simple games. Example of this is Crossfire. Now, the problem here is this; Graal Kingdoms used the originality, the power and the 'engine' of this game. Big mistake, because Graal Kingdoms itself falls in

Category three:
Graphics-based, with sometimes simple 3D engine RPG games. Example of this is, graphically and potential wise, Graal Kingdoms. Unfortunatly, it uses almost all of it's material from another game, which is not comparable to Graal. Result is that you have an addictive, yet not professional-looking game.
This should be changed. The whole mudlib should be edited; original names for Gods, Weapons, etc. should be made. Everything from the Crossfire mudlib that is not yet available on GK should be deleted and replaced by Graal Kingdoms' own, original ideas, inspired by the players.

Category four:
Reasonably succesful, often 3D and professional games. Graal Kingdoms seems to have stolen the T-rex and Iguanadon graphics from this, apparently to make Graal Kingdoms look more professional, but these graphics look completely misfit and should be replaced by Graal's own, original work.

Category five:
Profesional games that are a huge succes, such as Warcraft, Diablo, Final Fantasy, Pokemon, etc.

Graal Kingdoms should focus on it's category 3 capabilties. If it does, it will look a lot better and profesional, and will make it more attractive to players. It will ofcourse require more effort, but eventually you'll have a game which Graal's staff can call it's own and really a Graal game.

Then, there's something else. A lot of weapon GFXs are unused. Nearly noone uses a split sword or something similiar. Everybody uses a Diamond Blade/Flaming Sword/Event Item/Vicious Axe. Something should be done about this. The best solution I could find was this:
Make three different gani images for some weapon attacks. So, you have
human2_baxe_swing.gani (current one)
human2_baxe_swing2.gani (faster one, used for the axes with less damage)
human2_baxe_swing3.gani (possibly a one-handed axe, a lot faster)

I doubt this would take a great load of effort, because no new GFX really would be required, only the ganis edited a bit - heck, perhaps only slow down/speed up every gani a bit, then save it under a different name, but now Graal Kingdom's weapons will be a lot more variated and more different weapons will be used! Here's an example:

Inferno Sword (Two-Handed (shield goes on back), dam+12, attacktypes: fire, physical) Uses Gani: human2_sword_swing_2 (total lenth of gani: 1 second)
Diamond Blade (One-Handed, dam+9, attacktypes: physical) Uses gani: human2_sword_swing (total lenth of gani: .75 second)
Short Skull Sword (One-Handed, dam+6, attacktypes: physical) Uses gani:human2_sword_swing. (total lenth of gani: .75 second)
A little bit of explaination on the lengths of the second and third weapons:
as probably is well-known by the Graal Kingdom's community, by holding D and slashing your sword, the attack is much faster, about .25 second. This should only work with the short sword.
