Would anyone like to fill me in on what happend to this??? I remember it, I also remember people not talking about it... Does anybody know what it was supposed to be like and stuff?

Or the skill. It's no secret that I was a member of the NW team, and I'm disgusted to see teams of amateurs attempting to 'revive' the project simply for popularity and attention. They're just cheapening its memory.

New World was good. The problem was that it was too good. So it was impossible to get staff capable of handling that advanced scripting.

how do you figure? things haven't changed that much, overall quality of servers and enhancements to the engine maybe, but NW wasn't anywhere near the PW scene

Mostly ideas. The terrain thing was developed for NW, but it's not like we wrote the engine or anything. I don't blame Stefan for using it in 2K2.

Sounds good, and not alot of it has changed, scripting wise.. Nothing important has been added in my opinion
